I am a happy, energetic and creative 30-year-old chef who loves to create and deliver great dining experiences.
I graduated in the fall of 2018 with a gold medal in my apprenticeship exam.
During my 4-year apprenticeship, I have acquired a wide repertoire of skills. I love mixing ingredients and techniques from classic French cuisine with Nordic flavors and presentation techniques. It is the creative process of cooking and menu composition that I love the most.
Besides a love of savory cuisine, desserts and cakes also have a special place in my heart. I have always worked extra focused and intensively in the sweet kitchen, and it all culminated in March 2018 when I came home with a silver medal at the Danish Chocolate Championships.
I look forward to cooking delicious food for you and making your event something special!
