My name is Anais, I'm 30 years old and I'm from Belgium and the Dominican Republic. I moved to Denmark 8 years ago. I have more than 10 years of experience as a chef and head chef in various restaurants in Denmark and Belgium.
Besides my catering company Anaïs Dining, I also run my café in Farum Kulturhus.
I cook from scratch with fresh ingredients with inspiration from Southern European, Caribbean and Danish cuisines and love to use natural spices in my food.
I am happy to offer alternatives for guests with different diets (vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, etc.) at no extra cost.
