My name is Patrick and I am 25 years old.
I have been doing private dining for 2 years and am behind the company PS Gastro.
I trained in France and had a couple of different apprenticeships in Copenhagen at the beginning of my apprenticeship.

ATTENTION. It is not possible for me to be present at all events, but do not fear because my staff puts quality first just like myself.

Prior to my time as a self-employed chef, I have been head chef and sous chef at various restaurants in Copenhagen.
At PS Gastro, we have several employees who love to give people a fantastic experience. Our passion is to do our best to make your evening one of your best.
