About the chef
Member since 2020
Nicholas, formerly self-employed with the private dining company Kys og Kameler. He is also one of the developers behind Copenhagen's school food EAT, which daily produces up to 10,000 portions of sustainable, tasty and, not least, nutritious meals.
Nicholas works as a teacher at the Hotel and Restaurant School in Copenhagen, where he uses his broad professional experience and great passion to educate some of Denmark's and the world's most talented students. His beautiful and tasty menus at chefme.dk are all developed with great care, precision, closeness and of course a large portion of love. The menus are also quality assured, i.e. developed, tested and, perhaps most importantly, reviewed in collaboration with some of the industry's most talented chefs and wives.
