My name is Keith Svane. On a daily basis, I run Svane catering where I do all kinds of catering in various forms as well as some private dinners in addition, I have also had Svaneshverdagsmad which hit here during covid-19 when we made ordinary everyday food and delivered as take-away ready meals to the people.
As I run a catering company, I have great expertise in catering, ie food out of the house, without a chef or staff - so if you want this, do not hesitate to contact me.
Now that I'm away from the busy a-la-carte life, I miss doing something other than catering and everyday food.
I really enjoy cooking and it's more than just survival. For me, it's a passion and a life. Whether it's an intimate dinner for eight or a big celebration with family or friends, I take great pride in delivering the perfect experience.
I live with my two daughters and boyfriend south of Køge, so they are often the model for me to cook "gourmet" food.
