About the chef

Gourmet. Passionate. That's how I'm typically described by others. It's almost religious. My life motto is:
"Life is too short for bad food, wine and experiences. Make demands - I do"
Started doing private dining over 20 years ago.
I get ingredients directly from Rungis in Paris every week, so the style of cuisine should be right up my alley.
I run "Den Tatoverede Kok" - tattookok.dk

I do not do catering or buffets.
I can only be in one place at a time, so for that reason I am very often booked.
Write to me, even if a date is closed.
Now for the more boring stuff.
I pay both the Chefme fee, VAT and tax on my jobs. Raw materials and consumer prices have risen dramatically.
Therefore, you will not find me under the cheap prices.
(I can't believe some people can make at the prices that are in here).
