With 17 years in the restaurant industry, I've tried a little bit of everything. From Michelin to canteen. Catering, parties of all sizes, fine dining, a la carte and buffet. I cook all kinds of food from bird to fish and everything in between.
I am trained in French, but have also worked with Italian, Nordic and Asian cuisine.
I am always happy and receptive to all kinds of input to make your evening special.
