About the chef

Hi Folks :)
I have run a michelin restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it has been sold...and today I make my living by doing exclusive private dinners. I have been doing this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love being creative in the kitchen, and at the same time I have great respect for classic cuisine. As far as possible, I gather ingredients in nature, as the Danish season allows. I care a lot about taste and dishes. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining. Write to me if you have any questions about the menu etc.
