My name is Peder Jensen and I am 27 years old.
I have started my own catering company called Catering4u.

I have a huge commitment to good food and I love making it. Since my mother is a trained economist, I've held a ladle in my hand since I was very small and loved it. I grew up on a farm where good ingredients from our own garden and stables were a matter of course, and this is still the case in my cooking.

I like to cook a lot of different foods. I like to reinterpret dishes, and in my world, the only limit is your imagination.
I'm good at making small, delicate dishes for a tapas event or a reception, for example. I also enjoy working with large buffets for brunch, lunch or evening events.
