My name is Michael Nyenstad, I'm 45 years old and have worked professionally with food for almost 30 years.
I have a great love for French and Italian cuisine. In particular, the French techniques and Italian simplicity appeal to me.
This combined with the Nordic ingredients, which in my opinion are among the best in the world, make up the perfect dish or menu for me.
You are of course very welcome to take a look at my menus and create your own based on what you would like for your party.
Everything in my menus is made from scratch and based on sustainability, ecology and animal welfare.
