A passionate, creative and professional Chef with over 10 years of experience and a proven track record in a diverse range of cuisines including Argentinian, Vietnamese, Peruvian, French, Modern Australian and Scandinavian. I uphold model standards when it comes to food safety and hygiene, and come equipped with a variety of specialist skills, which I can bring anywhere. I use modern and traditional techniques. For me, cooking is about freedom of expression, and I look forward to further developing my art as a chef within the culinary world.
