I'm a 29-year-old guy living in Gandrup, North Jutland.
At a young age, I have been around the world of gastronomy, and at the age of 16 I was selected for Food College Aalborg's competition team.
Since then, I have graduated with a bronze medal and an award for the most creative dish during the exam.
In addition to my everyday work, I have JP Dining.

In my cooking, I love to use good ingredients and to be experimental and creative.
