Innovative chef living in Gandrup, Denmark
On a daily basis, I am the head chef for "Skylounge" - The canteen is in the new Media House/multi-house in the center of Aalborg, with a location on the 5th floor & fjord view
In my spare time I spend my time at JP Dining, own beekeeping, smoking of various ingredients and green fingers in the greenhouse
I have a great passion for everything that goes into "FOOD";
Among other things, I import olive oil from a small Spanish producer and
Vanilla sticks directly from Bora Bora

Whether you want classic French, Japanese or modern Danish inspired, no task is too big
