Competition rules

Rules and conditions for participation in ChefMe's Facebook, Instagram, and email competitions. How to participate Only persons over 18 years of age and residing in Denmark can participate in the competition. Employees of ChefMe may not participate in the competition. Competition conditions The winner is found by drawing lots and will be contacted directly. The winner's name will be announced on ChefMe's Facebook and Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize goes to another, found via a new drawing. In such case, the original winner cannot make a claim against ChefMe. The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Participants automatically consent to the use of the images for marketing purposes and sharing on ChefMe's social media. The winner automatically consents to the documented use of the won dinner with pictures for marketing purposes. What else should you know? ChefMe will at no point sell or pass on your information to a third party. ChefMe reserves the right to continuously revise the rules and can change the rules if deemed necessary. ChefMe is not responsible for pointing out any errors and omissions. ChefMe covers all prize charges. Should a person, as a consequence of the prizes, incur tax liability or responsibility in connection with social benefits, ChefMe disclaims any responsibility in that context. ChefMe reserves the right to block/delete content and images that violate third party rights, as well as to stop the competition without notice. In case of suspected fraud, ChefMe reserves the right to exclude users without notice. When you sign up, you give ChefMe permission to send you emails and to use other information we have about you to tailor the marketing to you. Data management We use our external partner MailChimp for secure handling of your subscription and your data.
