Nicholas, formerly self-employed with the private dining company Kys og Kameler. He is also one of the developers behind Copenhagen's school meal EAT, which daily produces up to 10,000 portions of sustainable, delicious, and not least nutritious meals.
Nicholas works daily as a teacher at the Hotel and Restaurant School in Copenhagen, where with his broad professional experience and great passion, he helps educate some of not just Denmark's but the world's most talented students. His beautiful and delicious menus at chefme.dk are all developed with great care, precision, closeness, and of course, a large portion of love. The menus are also quality assured, meaning developed, tested, and perhaps most importantly, reviewed in collaboration with some of the industry's most skilled chefs and cooks.
