I'm a happy, energetic and creative chef, 31 years old, who loves to create and deliver wonderful dining experiences.
I graduated in the fall of 2018 with a gold medal in my apprenticeship exam.
Throughout my 4-year apprenticeship, I have acquired a wide repertoire of skills. I love mixing ingredients and techniques from classic French cuisine with Nordic flavors and presentation techniques. It's the creative process of cooking and menu composition that I love the most.
Besides a love for savory cuisine, desserts and cakes also have a special place in my heart. I have always worked extra focused and intensively in the sweet kitchen and it all culminated in March 2018 when I came home with a silver medal at the DM in chocolate.
I look forward to cooking something delicious for you and making your event something special!
