Since I was very young, I have been passionate about cooking. The kitchen was the focal point of my childhood home, where I grew up with a French father and a Danish mother. I love mixing Nordic cuisine with Southern European and French gastronomy.
My menus are predominantly based on local, seasonal ingredients and are inspired by traditional Southern European dishes, which I interpret with a modern, Nordic perspective.
