My name is Christian. I am a skilled chef with a gold medal and have been in the industry since 2014.
I have experience in French, Italian, Spanish and Nordic cuisine. I also have a love for both Asian and American cuisine. In general, I just enjoy cooking and experimenting with new dishes and ingredients.
I have experience with the busy a la carte kitchen, smaller lunch buffets and food out of the house, both with and without a chef and as a buffet or plate service. I've tried a bit of everything, but I'm not afraid to dive into the deep end.
