Sofie made really delicious food, which was served very beautifully. Sofie was mega sweet and very attentive to my wishes and suggestions for the menu and very easy to talk to. The different dishes were served precisely when the party was ready for it. We hardly noticed that Sofie was there. She left the kitchen tidy and clean. Sofie gets my and all the guests' highest recommendation.

From the first phone call, I met a passionate chef who was engaged and enthusiastic about her food. Everything was perfect and there was great praise from the entire party for Sofie's food, wine, and manner.

Right from the first phone call, we had full confidence that Sofie would deliver a great evening. Which was also the case. Delicious food, service, and cleanup. Sofie gave us the freedom to be present at the table with our guests. It's not the last time we'll make that 'investment'.
