From the first phone call, I met a passionate chef who was engaged and enthusiastic about her food. Everything was perfect and there was great praise from the entire party for Sofie's food, wine, and manner.

Right from the first phone call, we had full confidence that Sofie would deliver a great evening. Which was indeed the case. Wonderful food, service, and cleanup. Sofie gave us the freedom to be present at the table with our guests. This won't be the last time we make that "investment"
