I provide outdoor cooking with a focus on taste, including gastronomic experiences for individuals, groups and companies who want a shared experience in nature.

Playing freely in the field between the new Nordic cuisine and the traditional French buffet cuisine, I work with wild herbs and good ingredients.
The campfire is the focal point of the creative process that results in unique gastronomic experiences.
