My name is Anais, I am 31 years old, and I come from Belgium and the Dominican Republic. I moved to Denmark 9 years ago. I have more than 10 years of experience as a chef and kitchen manager at various restaurants in Denmark and Belgium.
Besides my catering business Anaïs Dining, I also run my café in Farum Kulturhus.

I prepare food from scratch using fresh ingredients with inspiration from Southern European, Caribbean, and Danish cuisines and love to use natural spices in my cooking.
I am happy to offer alternatives to guests with different dietary preferences (vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, etc.) at no extra cost.

The food was super delicious and the flavors were combined fantastically!
Anaïs calmly ensured that everything went smoothly, cleaned up nicely after herself, and gave our guests and us a truly unique experience!

I held a party where the food was to be served in a reception style. Anaïs came with fantastic suggestions, and we had a fine dialogue leading up to it. On the day, Anaïs arrived at the agreed time with her two helpers and efficiently managed all the serving. The food was fantastic, the guests very enthusiastic, and the kitchen was left in perfect order with the dishes washed up.
I can highly recommend Anaïs.
