My name is Anaïs and I come from Belgium and the Dominican Republic. Ten years ago, I moved to Denmark, and since I was 18, I have worked as a chef and kitchen manager at several restaurants in both Denmark and Belgium.
Today, I run the catering business Anaïs Dining as well as my café in Farum Kulturhus. Cooking and baking are my greatest passions, and I love to go out as a private chef and give my clients and their guests a truly special experience.
I am passionate about creating food experiences from scratch with fresh ingredients, inspired by Southern European, Caribbean, and Danish cuisines. My kitchen is filled with flavor, personality, and a love for good ingredients – and I love to use natural spices to elevate each dish.
For me, it is important that my guests feel safe. Therefore, I would like to meet with you before the event to discuss the practical details in your kitchen. That way, you can just sit back and enjoy the day while I take care of the rest.
I am also happy to offer alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements (vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, etc.) – at no extra cost.

There was great flexibility regarding special needs. Anaïs and her helper served fantastic food and helped make the party a great experience.

Utterly delicious food and super sweet and friendly staff. Beautifully arranged and served - and everything was cleared up and the kitchen left spotless.

The food was super delicious and the flavors were combined fantastically!

The food tasted good, there was a nice cleanup. There was far too little food for the price
