My name is Martin, I'm 26 years old and I've gained lots of cooking experience since I started as a trainee chef 10 years ago.
I'm trained in French/Danish cuisine, where my core competencies lie.
I have run parties from 2 to 500 guests, where I have been in charge as head chef.
I have experience of running parties on my own, where the guest is at the center. It's important to me that the guest is at the center, that my guests have 100% trust in me, and of course that the quality I deliver is always top notch.
