I am trained from a gourmet restaurant in Inner Copenhagen, where I have learned many delicious techniques, preparations, and flavors. I am 40 years old and enjoy cooking, challenging myself, and creating an experience through my food.
The customer is in focus and will experience personal, good service

I have worked at Koefoed, Paustian, and Skindbuksen, so I have tried various styles and work situations that have equipped me to give you and your guests the best possible experience.

It is possible to mix my menus, provided everyone in the party receives the same dish.

As agreed, Thomas, the sous-chef, came to us and he was sweet, kind, and a skilled colleague. We have no complaints about him.

We found out that they had accidentally brought the wrong menu. We had 10 guests so there was nothing to do but make the best of it. We had a guest with a fish allergy and had agreed that something alternative would be prepared for him, which was not done.
2 of the 6 dishes were fish.

It is human to err, for me it is about what one does to rectify the mistake. I heard nothing from Thomas in the following weeks, even though he was well aware of the mistake. I wrote to him a couple of weeks ago, to which he has not replied.

Lovely experience. Professional and pleasant handling of the task. Good food, friendly communication, and fantastic serving staff who, together with the chef, made everything come together perfectly.

We had a lovely afternoon for my grandmother's 90th birthday with 5 courses and wine, which Thomas took care of. It was nice not to have to lift a finger. The food was fine - not a huge taste experience, but fine. For the starter, we were supposed to have white asparagus but got green instead; otherwise, the food was as agreed. The wine was not chilled, and there was no presentation of it. This made it a bit of a tame "wine menu" - it would probably have been better to buy it ourselves. The purchased wine was, however, nice and went well with the food. But the local wine merchant could probably have handled it too if we had provided him with the menu 😊 all in all a good experience and satisfaction all around - just not as big an experience as I had expected for 1000kr per person 😊

It wasn't Thomas who came, but his sous chef, and it was just so well done, a fantastic experience, sure we'll try again
