I am a service-minded experienced gentleman, both in restaurants and fine dining, who really cares about good taste and beautiful service.
I like to use classic flavors with a twist or pure Nordic cuisine. For parties over 12 people, there will be two of us to serve you. This is included in the price to make your evening as fantastic as possible.
