About the chef

I have 20 years of experience in the industry - several of them at Michelin restaurants such as Kiin Kiin and Pierre Andre.
After 10 years in Copenhagen, I decided to return to my roots in the South Funen region. Today, I have my own catering company called Øhavskøkkenet, which is located in the middle of the South Funen archipelago, closer to Tåsinge. This is also where I source most of my ingredients, either from local producers or from my own large kitchen garden. I look forward to giving you an unforgettable evening
