I have 20 years of experience in the industry - several of them at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Kiin Kiin and Pierre Andre.
After 10 years in KBH, I decided to return to my roots in South Funen. Today I have my own catering company called Øhavskøkkenet, which is located in the middle of the South Funen archipelago, near Tåsinge. This is also where I get most of my ingredients from, either from local producers or from my own large vegetable garden. I look forward to giving you an unforgettable evening
