Vi er Natur Gastronomi, two chefs, Mikkel and Shayan, who focus on one thing, which is good, tasty food without all the unnecessary. Our approach is simple, honest, and uncompromising. The food is always in focus, and the quality speaks for itself.

We are based in the private wine club The Vault in Copenhagen, where every week we create everything from fine dining and bistro food to wine tastings. Our kitchen is inspired by the new Nordic, French, and Italian, and we take pride in allowing the season's ingredients to play the starring role on the plate. We always start with the vegetables, their taste, texture, and season, and then build the dishes so that everything feels natural and balanced.

We cook for all types of events, from intimate dinners to large parties, always with the same focus on quality, creativity, and taste. With us, it's not "more for more," but rather "better for you."
