I graduated from culinary school in 2004. Food is not only my job, but also my great passion in life. I work with seasonal food with a twist of wild ingredients from the Danish nature. I am very familiar with wild ingredients, the seasons and I collect wild game from nature several times a week. I offer rustic, tasty food made from scratch and a great dining experience with attention to detail and food that is colorful in both taste and appearance.
It is possible to arrange to join a nature walk and forage (collect) wild food for the meal, depending on the location, and afterwards be served food with game.
