Jeg hedder Patrick og jeg er 25 years old.
Jeg har lavet private dining i 2 years og står bag Firmaet PS Gastro.
Jeg er udlært fra Frankrig og haft et par forskellige elevpladser i København i starten af min elevtid.
OBS. Det er ikke muligt for mig at være tilstede til alle arrangementer, men frygt ikke fordi mit personale sætter kvalitet først lige som jeg selv.
Jeg har før min tid som selvstændig erhvervsdrivende, været køkkenchef og souschef på forskellige restauranter i København.
I PS Gastro har vi flere ansatte som elsker at give folk en fantastisk oplevelse. Vores passion er at gøre vores bedste for at jeres aften bliver en af jeres bedste.

Very delicious food with good flavors for our son's confirmation on 27/4, super chef and helpers and beautiful presentations 👌🏼 We had ordered sourdough bread and whipped butter for the appetizer, but it was not sourdough bread that was served, and it was not whipped butter. We had ordered our son's favorite dessert Gateau Marcel which he had been looking forward to, but when it was served, there was brownie on the plate. The chef informed that there had been problems with their refrigerator. It would have been good service to inform us about this in the morning and not just when the food was to be served. We had informed that there were 4 children aged 3-7 who were to have a different appetizer and were told that they “came up with something else” - but it was not very child-friendly food and unfortunately, they did not touch the appetizer at all. Nice that there was plenty of food. We had been informed that “Patrick is looking forward to coming and cooking for you,” but it was not Patrick who came - it was a bit misleading, but we had read here that it could be others sent out - so the keywords we have chosen are for chef Richard 😊

Jonas was super polite and helpful. He prepared the food with great care and it was tasty, well-balanced, and abundant. All the guests were full and happy and impressed by the quality.

On the day of the event, we fell ill. Patrick was so sweet and understanding and arranged the menu as catering, and the chef came out with all the food and explained the whole process to us so we could manage it ourselves. Huge thanks for it still being a good birthday. Best regards, Birthe
