OBS. Det er ikke muligt for mig at være tilstede til alle arrangementer, men frygt ikke fordi mit personale sætter kvalitet først lige som jeg selv.

We have just had the pleasure of having Patrick (or his staff) out serving at our wedding. The food was absolutely perfect, and everything was under control with allergens, etc.
We can definitely only recommend others to book him as well.
The only downside was that they had unfortunately forgotten the bread and whipped butter that were also supposed to have been there (the money for this has also been refunded without any hassle)
However, that should not take away any stars, as everything else more than met our expectations!

The food was really delicious, even though we were missing bread and butter as ordered.
There was another chef who arrived instead of Patrick. That was perfectly fine in itself, but unfortunately there was a bit of a lack of communication along the way.
I hope he will take that on board as a lesson in his professional work.

Patrick made really good food and managed to operate completely quietly in the kitchen we ate in. He presented the food beautifully and was very friendly and good at coordinating. The only small challenge was the communication leading up to the dinner.
