Hi, how are you?
My life revolves around food and always has. For more than 20 years I have been involved in cooking in one way or another. However, I am different from most chefs as I have chosen to further my education and have obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Health.
I made this decision because I believe that great taste, respect for good ingredients and nutrition go hand in hand. Therefore, when you taste my cooking, you will notice that I pay attention to every detail and that I prioritize good taste, fresh ingredients and nutritional responsibility.
I work in many different kitchens and am always open to a dialog about the menu so that it can have your personal touch.
