My name is Mike Kirk Pedersen.
I take great pride in giving guests a fantastic evening. I love to cook and always have.
For several years I have run a business with a friend (Martin Jensen) called Kirk & Jensen, in the company we made everything from 8 course menus for 8 cou and 4 course menus for 130 cou. We were happy to offer the total package with waiters, plates, crockery, tent etc etc.
That time is over now and we have both chosen to focus on family life and full-time work. Both as kitchen managers in Copenhagen.
What we would like to offer now is what we used to do, just not as often.
- We want to be completely honest and say: We miss it.
The atmosphere is something very special among the guests, whether it's a spring confirmation or a summer wedding.
