My name is Alexander, I am 22 years old and I run Dining By Kretzmann in Sønderborg. My journey started on February 6, 2021, when I was repatriated due to corona, and made my first private dining. From then on, I was hooked and it quickly became a huge success. In the summer of 2022, I started my own restaurant in Sønderborg, while I was still an apprentice at Hotel Alsik in Sønderborg. On November 26, 2022, I was able to call myself a chef with a bronze medal as a distinction.

With me, you get a chef who never compromises on taste, ingredients or craftsmanship. I live by the fact that my food tastes good. We work especially with a sustainable kitchen that wants to use local ingredients and also surplus produce from niche farmers. We have a green plan to do away with food waste.

I hope I get the opportunity to cook for you.
