Hi Folks :)
I have run a michelin restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it has been sold...and I live today by doing exclusive private dining. I have done this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love to be creative in the kitchen, at the same time I have great respect for classic cuisine. I grow my own vegetables, berries and fruits, all grown in an organic spirit. I also collect raw materials in nature as far as possible, as the Danish season allows. I care a lot about taste and dishes. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining.
