Hi Folks :)
I have run a michelin restaurant (Bibgourmand) for 10 years, it has been sold...and I live today by doing exclusive private dining. I have done this for the last 3 years through mhdining. I love to be creative in the kitchen, and I have great respect for classic cuisine. As far as possible, I collect ingredients in nature, as the Danish season allows. I care a lot about flavors and dishes. I enjoy meeting new, happy people through my private dining. Write to me if you have any questions about the menu etc.
