About the chef
Hi I’m Davide, I’m from Milano but have been working as an executive chef in luxury restaurants in Copenhagen for 7 years now.
Previously I worked in Italy in luxury hotels/restaurants as a chef, and that is where I met my colleague and friend Aaron, that will also be a part of your dinner experience.
We prefer to be two chefs in your house, we believe that it will be a better and more relaxing experience for you this way.
Our idea is to bring an Italian kitchen with a touch of Nordic style to your house.
For any allergies or change in the menu we are really openminded. We also do vegan and vegetarian options.

Thank you for your lovely food.
On December 28, 2024, you came with the food and served and took care of the cleanup after serving. The company consisted of 14 people.
The food was sublime. Your personalities and demeanor were a great pleasure.
On December 29, 2024, you delivered a 3-course menu for a dinner party with 13 participants. Here, you did not participate in the actual dinner. However, you had prepared the 3 courses in such a way that it was easy for the host couple. And the food was truly a delight.
So from here, 5 stars out of 5 possible are awarded.

Davide and Aaron served a 3-course very classic Italian menu for my birthday, and it was beyond all expectations! Super delicious food and really good service. Everyone in the company was impressed and very much agreed that everything was perfect - highly recommended, 5/5 stars for the two 😄

A really good experience with Aaron and Davide, who created a fantastic menu for our wedding. The food was beyond all expectations and the service just as much. I can highly recommend Aaron and Davide if you want an Italian culinary experience.
