My name is Kristoffer Randrup and I stand behind Randrup Dining.
I cook because I like to create great experiences – and because I know how much it matters that things just work when you have invited guests.
My menus are always meant as inspiration. For me, the dialogue is the most important thing, and I am happy to have the conversation one more time, so we land on the right solution. Whether it's the menu, the atmosphere, the pace, or small details, I am willing to go the extra mile to make sure your event is exactly as you envisioned.
When you book Randrup Dining, it can be me – or one of my skilled colleagues – who takes care of the food. What we all have in common is that we show up well-prepared, have everything under control, and take responsibility all the way through, so you can relax and enjoy the day or evening.

There had not been a proper handover from Kristoffer to the chef he had sent out.
The chef did not know that there was a guest who was gluten allergic…
There were several elements on the menu that had changed - instead of carpaccio it was bresaola, instead of whipped butter it was packaged French butter, tart with chocolate instead of the chocolate dessert that was described in the offer.
The chef did not really have a sense of the whole. It would have been nice to know in advance which plates etc., were to be used.
All in all, the overall experience and the food did not live up to the paid cover price…

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the planning, adjustments along the way, to the actual day when the food was prepared and served! AND the kitchen was clean when they left.

Fine snacks and dessert, but despite very aesthetically pleasing presentations, both the starter and main course were unfortunately disappointing in taste.

Kristoffer came and conquered 🙌🏼
We had a really good experience with Kristoffer and he made fantastic food, presented it beautifully for us on the plate and when he left, we couldn't see he had been by ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
