About the chef
I have 20 years in the industry behind me and have worked in 7 different countries, mainly in Asia, from where much of my inspiration comes. I have been through the whole journey, first as a dishwasher to have some pocket money, then as a kitchen assistant during high school, to standing as a head chef for the last 10 years at many exciting places. Today, I am self-employed and enjoy running some fun and delightful events over several days.
