I have some challenges over the weekend so that's why I am doing this as well // since I love to make delicious food and provide a great experience ..
I started at 17 years old, and it was actually my grandmother's cooking that opened my eyes to the culinary arts. She was a trained cook, and it was always a pleasure to eat at her place. I especially remember her making the wildest bread, and that her dishes were made in exciting and quirky ways that really made the food different and delicious to eat.
When I was 17 years old, I apprenticed in the restaurant industry, but before that, I helped out with the incredibly skilled Michelin chef, Francis Cardenau at St. Kro. After seeing him in a kitchen, I knew I wanted to be a chef.
My regular customers call me their "family chef," as I always make it a point to be smiling, warm, and welcoming. It is indeed a matter of trust to invite a private chef into your home.

Thomas served his 6-course star menu for our 12 guests yesterday. It was an experience that truly lived up to our expectations. He was good at joining the company in a discreet and very pleasant way. From the moment he stepped through the door, he radiated calm, overview, and professionalism. The food was creatively presented and very tasty. The kitchen was left in perfect condition.

Thomas was quick to respond to inquiries, align expectations, and coordinate the menu. On the day of the service, he was super friendly, punctual, and the food was excellent. Definitely a big recommendation from us.
