Casper made the most wonderful menu for us for our silver wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve! Both we and our guests were extremely excited, and even the pickiest ones nearly licked the plate (and it was certainly not because there wasn't enough food!)!!! Here, three weeks later, the opening line when we meet is still “that appetizer!!” Casper himself is skilled, sympathetic, accommodating and adapted to our chaos with a smile and great humor! We are happy!

Casper delivered a sublime 4-course menu for our dinner party, which became both a culinary and social success. His ability to adapt the menu to our wishes and create a relaxed atmosphere made the evening truly special. We can highly recommend him.

We hired Casper to cook for 40 participants at my 50th birthday. Everything was perfect, everyone was happy, and I can definitely recommend Casper to others.

We were to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday in a summer house out by the North Sea. We were thus 4 generations (25 people) who all got a completely perfect and delicious menu made by Casper. Can only warmly recommend both Casper and the whole concept of a chef who comes out and pampers everyone.
