Welcome to my food universe,
Where there is a creative and playful approach to cooking, where the classic virtues of preparation and handling of ingredients are upheld, and the taste is in focus along with inviting presentations.
I can offer you 20 years of experience in Danish, New Nordic and seasonal cuisine, where the focus is on the best Danish ingredients, the seasons, and wild mushrooms and herbs. All menus are indicative, and if you have other wishes, please let us know and we'll see if we can't find exactly the solution that suits you.
