About the chef

I graduated in January 2014 from Kokkedal Slot CPH, after which I have worked as a chef or sous chef in various places on Zealand. Among others Marienlyst Badehotel, Schæffergaarden, Rønnede Kro and SUKAIBA.
In addition, I have been a private chef for the royal family at Dannebrog and Chef de partie at **Michelin Restaurant Jordnær and **Michelin restaurant KOKS POP UP.
I love to deliver an extraordinary experience and my passion for food, service, finesse and good taste will always shine through when you book me. I love to challenge myself and I will gladly customize a menu especially for you.
If you choose me to cater your event, it is also my company "Dining by Willemoes".
This means that in addition to the menu, I can also offer wine pairing, service rental and the possibility of getting a waiter or sommelier.
