I was trained in January 2014 from Kokkedal Slot CPH after which I have worked as a chef or sous chef at various places on Zealand. Including Marienlyst Badehotel, Schæffergaarden, Rønnede Kro and SUKAIBA.
Additionally, I have been a private royal chef for the royal family on Dannebrog and Chef de partie at ** Michelin Restaurant Jordnær and ** Michelin restaurant KOKS POP UP.
I love to deliver an experience beyond the ordinary and my passion for food, service, finesse and good taste will always shine through when you book me. I love to challenge myself and I will gladly tailor a menu that suits you especially.

Nicklas helped make my birthday dinner a truly special evening. He spent a long time on the phone with me to find the right menu. He arrived in good time on the day, and everything went as it should. He effortlessly adapted serving the food to the evening's events. He came to the table and presented the food. Very polite and nice. Afterwards, you could hardly tell he had been there - everything was cleaned up, and leftovers and trash were taken with him. My guests definitely thought it was a special experience and praised the food. Especially the carpaccio was fantastic.

We booked Nicklas to cook for the pictures at our shoot. It turned out really well and nicely, and it also tasted good when we ate it afterward.

A fantastic evening with a huge experience, with fantastic food.
Everyone present has never experienced anything like it, a huge compliment from here.
We can only recommend booking Niklas for such an experience in a home setting, he is super professional and just makes fantastic food.

After the general meeting in our biotech company, we hosted a dinner for 22. Before the dinner, Nicklas made various proposals for the menu based on the ingredients that were optimal for the season. We agreed on time and place, and Nicklas arranged for us to get help with the serving.
We had a gourmet dinner and all the guests agreed that it was the best they had ever had at a private event. The entire event went perfectly from start to finish. Nicklas was incredibly friendly, competent, and helpful and left a completely tidy kitchen. Nicklas receives my highest recommendations.
