Rafael kom, så og sejrede! Min ven og jeg researchede lidt, men endte med at hyre Rafael til vores 2x50 års fødselsdagsmiddag med gutterne. Vi var 8 og havde udvalgt 4 fantastiske retter fra Rafaels store bagkatalog - alting var fuldstændig, som vi havde håbet på. Super lækker gourmetmad, som på restauranter i den høje ende - men i hjemlig hygge med høj sol og havespil, mens maden blev tilberedt. Rafael kom som aftalt, er virkelig nem at kommunikere med, smilende, nærværende og samtidig meget diskret faktisk. Flere af gæsterne havde slet ikke bemærket, at han kom og gik i gang. Jeg kan virkelig anbefale Rafael - både for den sublime kogekunst, men også hele hans optræden og væremåde. Han vil være svær at komme uden om, hvis/når vi skal prøve dette koncept igen 🤗

Truly top-class gourmet experience! Our guests were pampered, and the food was served with deliciously beautiful presentation in appropriate portions. Rafael & team provided top service from start to finish with good timing in relation to the 5 servings of food and wine.
