I'm Martin, a 25-year-old chef and trained at Nørrebro's Bryghus since 2018.
I am very strong in the frying department, with extensive knowledge of meat, proteins and a wide range of other culinary areas.

My gastronomic journey has taken me around the world, gathering experience from both French cuisine and the Nordic scene.

I am passionate about my profession and feel strong and competent. The food I create shouldn't have a finger on the pulse! I make sure that my products are delivered to the guest and become an experience.
