My name is Bo Hansen and I have been cooking professionally for the last 20 years. Working my way up through the hierarchies in different kitchens, the last many as a head chef and then owner of my own company Mundwerk cph.
I have many years of restaurant experience, but chose to change track a bit and Mundwerk cph is my platform for this; To work with food in many different ways, for many different occasions and not be limited.
Mundwerk cph specializes in catering for parties - Big weddings, smaller private dinners, casual corporate events, birthdays, confirmations, christenings, company days and everything in between. We love tailoring solutions and menus to the needs of our guests and customers.
