My name is Tamas Cseh and I am a 28-year-old chef with over nine years of experience in some of Copenhagen's most recognized kitchens, including Michelin-recommended restaurants. I have a formal culinary education from HRS Valby and throughout my career I have built a strong expertise in working in demanding environments where I consistently deliver outstanding results in both taste and presentation.
Cooking is not just my profession, it is my passion. It gives me a deep sense of satisfaction and the opportunity to express my creativity and dedication to culinary perfection. My dishes are created with a focus on precision, quality and innovation.
