My name is Johannes and together with my girlfriend Mette, I serve the food for your event. Whether it's a wedding, confirmation, company party or any other event, I customize the menu to your wishes. I have over 15 years of experience in the kitchen with roots in French classical traditions, which I combine with inspiration from Nordic cuisine. I have experience from Villa Vest, Sct. Pauls apotek, Dauphine and have been a finalist in both Chef of the Year and Game of the Year.
I offer classic Christmas lunch, social dining and plated menus from 495 DKK. Be inspired by my suggested menus and together we'll find exactly the servings you want.
