Private dining in a class of its own - I graduated from Fuglsøcenteret, and have since been head chef at Restaurant Stockfleth and Kjøbstaden in Ebeltoft, and today I run my own catering business Mols Dining, which I make my living from today. I make Nordic/French inspired food with new interpretations.
