Private dining in exceptional class - I am trained from Fuglsøcenteret, and have since been head chef at Restaurant Stockfleth and Kjøbstaden in Ebeltoft, and today run my own catering business Mols Dining, which I make a living from today. I make Nordic/French inspired food with new interpretations.
