I am a chef with 20 years of experience, and I master everything from classic French cuisine to exciting Asian fusion. My culinary journey has taken me through both larger and smaller restaurants in both Copenhagen and abroad.

Had a good communication and brainstorming with Tim about the menu for my 50th birthday.
Incredibly delicious food in ample quantities, lovely service and good atmosphere.

It was my first time using Chefme and the chef Tim. It truly was the right decision. Great communication before the dinner, where we went through the menu. Tim showed up well-prepared, and the food was wonderful, as was Tim's participation and review of the menu.
