About the chef
My name is Riccardo. I'm an Italian chef from Sardinia. I've worked in restaurants in Italy, Australia, London, Greece and Germany. In 2019 I moved to Copenhagen and started working in the Asian and Nordic fusion restaurant, 108. Later I worked as a head chef at the Italian restaurant, Ché Fè.
I work full time on my own project called Laminata, where I produce and deliver fresh homemade pasta for restaurants in Copenhagen.
When I don't produce pasta, I do private events such as cooking for wine tastings and other catering events.
