Christian was professional, pleasant, and just seamlessly blended into our event and left behind a completely clean kitchen. Christian stepped in with 24 hours' notice and provided the exact same menu as I had ordered from another chef who had to cancel at the last minute. Christian comes highly recommended, without hesitation.
