We moved here 12 years ago, carrying with us a deep love for our roots and a passion for authentic Italian cuisine.\n\nI\u2019ve been fortunate to work in some incredible places throughout my career, such as Charlottehaven, Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Famo Metro, and Mother Restaurant. Each experience has shaped me into the chef I am today, and now, I\u2019m proud to continue my journey at Linden, an Italian restaurant where I can share the rich flavors of my Southern Italian heritage with the people of Copenhagen.\nMy goal has always been to create food that brings people together, using fresh, high-quality ingredients and the traditional techniques I\u2019ve mastered over the years.
